We take site measurements or work from your drawings, then engineer a curtain, barrel and frame sized to the opening.
Roll-Form Slats
Galvanized steel coil is roll-formed into our standard or custom slat profiles in-house, cut precisely to width.
Weld & Assemble
Frames, bottom bars, end-locks and brackets are welded, bolted and assembled by our workshop technicians.
Finish & Quality Check
Doors are powder-coated to your colour, balanced on the spring, and fully tested before they leave the workshop.
